I think I have finally got my scrapbooking mojo back!! Once again, I couldn't sleep last night (seems to be a pattern developing here) and all of a sudden I was thinking about some photos I took of Katey recently and had the urge to scrap them. So I did!! And this is the result.
I haven't done a page in a long time and have been enjoying making my cards, but deep down inside I was concerned that I had lost my inspiration for scrapbooking, forever. This page just came together so easily and I must say that I am quietly impressed with the finished product.
Yesterday I was saying "Less is More" and look at the page!! Admittedly I don't have a lot of embellishments on the page but I have certainly FILLED the page. And with five photos, no less! This is so different to how I normally scrap but it just goes to show that while the inspiration is flowing, you need to jump on board and CREATE!!
You may have noticed that I managed to use up the last of the fancy paper from K and Co. The one that I used on the recipe tin? I also used, Heidi Grace patterned paper, Lil Davis Design chipboard Alpha, Making Memories rub-ons and journal page, as well as Thickers Glitter Alpha.
Well I am hoping to get some more scrapping done tonight whilst watching the Australian Open. Am loving the tennis, but can't wait till it finishes so I can get back into some sort of normal sleeping routine.
I had better go and finish organizing dinner, as the natives are getting restless.
Till next time, Happy Scrapping.
Sue
